High Performance Trainers
Brittany Ehmann Brittany has been working with athletes to help train them for the next level for a number of years now. With a Bachelor of Science majoring in exercise science from Dickinson State University and also her level 1 Athletic Republic Acceleration Certification she has the knowledge and understanding of what it takes to train athletes for their sport of interest. Brittany has competed at that next level playing 2 years of volleyball for the Dickinson State University Blue Hawks. She has trained NAIA & NCAA athletes along with working as part of the Frappier Acceleration Program for a number of years before coming to Olds College. Since then Brittany has begun training Olds College Broncos athletes in the newly defined high performance training facility at Olds College.
Jeff Royston Jeff has the experience of what it is needed to play at high level of competition having received a full scholarship to Merrimack College for Hockey in the NCAA Division 1. After recovering from injury he switched his focus to the personal training of others. He is a certified personal trainer specializing in athletic training, as well as a wide variety of teams and individual sports. Jeff understands what it takes to withstand the physical side of being an athlete holding his advanced strength training certificate, as well as level 1 power lifting; level 1 Olympic lifting; and advanced team strength and conditioning which he received in the States. Along with being one of the high performance trainers for the Olds College Broncos he is also the owner and operator of Force Fitness and Sports Conditioning. |
