Olds College Athletics is pleased to announce the hiring of Steve Adams as the new JV Men's Volleyball Head Coach. Steve is familiar with Central Alberta as he grew up in Three Hills. He played club volleyball in Calgary with the U-18 and U-21 Dinos. He then went on to play at the CIS level with the University of Calgary and ACAC with Mount Royal. Steve has been involved in coaching at the club and summer camp levels. Steve is also a carded official, refereeing High School Provincials, ACAL and ACAC Levels.

Head Coach of the Varsity Men's Volleyball Program John Reimersma indicates, "Steve is very knowledgeable in volleyball. His experience in quality ACAC and CIS programs will be great for our JV Program."

Director of Health and Wellness, Greg Lendvay, believes "The addition of Steve Adams is exactly the direction that we want to go as a college. Steve had an extensive playing caeer, and working with Coach Reimersma, has an opportunity to make a program his own. It is an exciting opportunity to start something new and build it. I believe that we have the right person to take this program forward."
